Snatch Pull

If you're using FitnessTracker to train for power, the Snatch Pull is an essential Olympic lifting drill. It reinforces speed, timing, and explosive full-body extension.

Instructions

  1. Set up with a snatch grip and your chest up, shoulders over the bar.
  2. Begin the pull by driving through your heels, keeping arms straight.
  3. As the bar passes your knees, extend your hips, knees, and ankles rapidly.
  4. Let the bar rise with momentum — no need to pull with the arms.
  5. Return to start and repeat, focusing on speed and control.
