Instructions

  1. Stand with a dumbbell in each hand, arms straight and feet wide.
  2. Swing the dumbbells to one side near your hip, rotating your torso.
  3. Without bending your arms, rotate and swing the dumbbells to the opposite hip.
  4. Continue alternating sides with speed and control.
