Instructions
- Stand with a dumbbell in each hand, arms straight and feet wide.
- Swing the dumbbells to one side near your hip, rotating your torso.
- Without bending your arms, rotate and swing the dumbbells to the opposite hip.
- Continue alternating sides with speed and control.
