Instructions

  1. Hold a dumbbell in each hand with your palms facing in, and bend forward at the hips.
  2. Keep your back flat and your elbows tucked near your torso.
  3. Straighten both arms behind you, extending through the elbows while keeping your upper arms stationary.
  4. Squeeze your triceps briefly, then return to the starting position.
