Standing Biceps Cable Curl

Use constant tension to challenge your biceps throughout the curl.

A classic cable curl that provides steady resistance through the entire range of motion.

Instructions

  1. Stand tall holding a cable curl bar attached to a low pulley with a supinated (palms-up) grip.
  2. Keep your elbows close to your sides and curl the bar upward while squeezing your biceps.
  3. Pause briefly at the top, then lower the bar slowly to the starting position.
  4. Repeat while maintaining control and tension throughout the movement.
