Instructions
- Stand tall holding a cable curl bar attached to a low pulley with a supinated (palms-up) grip.
- Keep your elbows close to your sides and curl the bar upward while squeezing your biceps.
- Pause briefly at the top, then lower the bar slowly to the starting position.
- Repeat while maintaining control and tension throughout the movement.
