Standing Biceps Stretch

Stretch and open your biceps while improving shoulder mobility.

A simple, effective stretch to open up your arms and shoulders.

Instructions

  1. Stand tall and clasp your hands behind your back, palms together.
  2. Straighten your arms, then rotate them so your palms face downward.
  3. Gently lift your arms until you feel a stretch through your biceps and shoulders.
  4. Hold this position for 15–30 seconds while breathing deeply.
  5. Release and repeat as needed.
