A simple, effective stretch to open up your arms and shoulders.
Instructions
- Stand tall and clasp your hands behind your back, palms together.
- Straighten your arms, then rotate them so your palms face downward.
- Gently lift your arms until you feel a stretch through your biceps and shoulders.
- Hold this position for 15–30 seconds while breathing deeply.
- Release and repeat as needed.
