Instructions
- Hold a dumbbell in each hand and place the balls of your feet on a raised surface.
- Lower your heels toward the floor until you feel a stretch.
- Press through the balls of your feet to lift your heels as high as possible.
- Pause at the top and squeeze your calves.
- Lower slowly and repeat.
