Instructions

  1. Hold a dumbbell in each hand and place the balls of your feet on a raised surface.
  2. Lower your heels toward the floor until you feel a stretch.
  3. Press through the balls of your feet to lift your heels as high as possible.
  4. Pause at the top and squeeze your calves.
  5. Lower slowly and repeat.
