Standing Dumbbell Triceps Extension

Instructions

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding one dumbbell overhead with both hands.
  2. Keep your elbows tight and pointing forward.
  3. Lower the dumbbell behind your head in a controlled arc.
  4. Pause at the bottom, then straighten your elbows to lift the dumbbell.
  5. Repeat, focusing on form and full extension.
