Standing Machine Calf Raise

Instructions

  1. Adjust the machine pads to rest comfortably on your shoulders and step onto the foot platform.
  2. Place the balls of your feet on the edge, allowing your heels to hang off.
  3. Straighten your legs with a slight bend in the knees and raise your heels as high as possible by flexing your calves.
  4. Pause at the top, then lower your heels slowly below the edge of the platform.
  5. Repeat for your desired number of reps, keeping the motion controlled and deliberate.
