Instructions
- Adjust the machine pads to rest comfortably on your shoulders and step onto the foot platform.
- Place the balls of your feet on the edge, allowing your heels to hang off.
- Straighten your legs with a slight bend in the knees and raise your heels as high as possible by flexing your calves.
- Pause at the top, then lower your heels slowly below the edge of the platform.
- Repeat for your desired number of reps, keeping the motion controlled and deliberate.
