This bodyweight move fires up your legs and shoulders while getting your heart rate up. Great as a warm-up or cardio burst.
Instructions
- Stand tall with your feet shoulder-width apart and arms by your sides.
- Squat halfway down, then jump explosively upward.
- At the peak, extend your arms and legs outward into a star shape.
- Land softly and return to the starting position.
