Star Jump

Boost explosive power with this full-body jump.

This bodyweight move fires up your legs and shoulders while getting your heart rate up. Great as a warm-up or cardio burst.

Instructions

  1. Stand tall with your feet shoulder-width apart and arms by your sides.
  2. Squat halfway down, then jump explosively upward.
  3. At the peak, extend your arms and legs outward into a star shape.
  4. Land softly and return to the starting position.
