Stride Jump Crossovers build athleticism by combining plyometric strength with directional control. This is a great drill for athletes or anyone looking to develop coordination and unilateral power.
Instructions
- Stand beside a sturdy box with your inside foot resting on top near the edge.
- Swing your arms and explosively jump upward, driving your outside knee up.
- Land on the opposite side of the box with your foot placements reversed.
- Immediately repeat the movement to return to the starting side.
- Continue alternating sides for the full set.
