Stride Jump Crossover

Stride Jump Crossovers build athleticism by combining plyometric strength with directional control. This is a great drill for athletes or anyone looking to develop coordination and unilateral power.

Instructions

  1. Stand beside a sturdy box with your inside foot resting on top near the edge.
  2. Swing your arms and explosively jump upward, driving your outside knee up.
  3. Land on the opposite side of the box with your foot placements reversed.
  4. Immediately repeat the movement to return to the starting side.
  5. Continue alternating sides for the full set.
