A staple in strongman and athletic training, tire flips build explosive power and full-body coordination. This dynamic move pushes strength and cardio simultaneously.
Instructions
- Stand close to the tire and grip underneath the tread.
- Drive through your legs and hips to lift the tire upward.
- As it reaches a 45° angle, step forward and use one knee to push into the tire.
- Transition your grip to the top of the tire and push forcefully to flip it over.
- Reset and repeat for the desired number of reps.
