Torso Rotation

Loosen up your core with this rotation-based ab drill.

This twisting movement strengthens your abdominal muscles and improves mobility through your midsection. Holding an exercise ball adds focus and control.

Instructions

  1. Stand tall holding an exercise ball with both hands, arms extended in front.
  2. Rotate your torso to the right, keeping your eyes on the ball.
  3. Rotate back through center and to the left.
  4. Continue alternating sides for 10–20 total reps.
