This basic stretch is ideal before or after upper body workouts. It helps increase flexibility in the arms and shoulders.
Instructions
- Reach your right arm across your body and over your left shoulder.
- Use your left hand to gently pull the elbow for a deeper stretch.
- Hold for 10–20 seconds, then switch arms.
