Stretch your triceps and shoulders with this simple move.

This basic stretch is ideal before or after upper body workouts. It helps increase flexibility in the arms and shoulders.

Instructions

  1. Reach your right arm across your body and over your left shoulder.
  2. Use your left hand to gently pull the elbow for a deeper stretch.
  3. Hold for 10–20 seconds, then switch arms.
