This section is currently under development but there will be a full array of support materials available during the next beta test, scheduled to start in July 2025.

Support is baked into the company

The founder of Fitness Tracker has a lot of high level customer support experience and has built support tools for other startups as a consultant. Fitness Tracker is built with all his years of support experience in mind and support tools were built in very early.

Support is human powered

Speak with or write to humans (most likely the founder) at your first request. There are no complex support menus to wade through and no hoops to jump through, just friendly and knowledgeable people to help you when you need help.

Support is timely and responsive

Ever write to a company and feel like your support request has been fired off into an empty void? With Fitness Tracker, when you need help you will find help when you need it. There are videos and help articles available 24 hours a day or a support person is available 16 hours a day.

Fitness is a journey. As you go, you will have to learn more - both about the science of fitness and about how your body adapts. We can help you with the science and our tool can help you figure your body out while caring for your privacy like our own.

New Support Content

Development Log 2 - Siteimp Logger

The founder has another product called Siteimp, which provides a way to collect structured logs. As well as a product called Formimp, which lets users deliver those logs with their support requests, while redacting whatever information they choose. The whole experience will provide quick bug fixes and hopefully truly amazing customer service.
