Founded in May 2010, Greg Hluska Consulting (GHC) just celebrated 15 years in business. Based out of Regina, Canada, GHC has served clients from across Canada, the United States and Europe. As part of his strategy to diversify his consulting income, Greg Hluska started launching products early on in GHC's life.
A diverse practice
A software developer and founder with a marketing degree, Greg takes an unorthodox approach to work though that unorthodox approach often yields solutions to the most difficult problems that companies face. Generally product focused, his consulting company has done everything from build MVPs for very early stage founders to helping more established companies staff up, migrate to AWS or rewrite parts of their stack.
Tech wise, GHC is focused on Python, Javascript, React, AWS and Azure. However, Greg has built strong relationships and productive working practices with a variety of consultants from around the world so can staff projects with diverse needs. A highly experienced startup founder and employee, Greg prefers working within startups and has devoted most of the last 15 years to startups. He hopes to devote all of the next 15 years to startups.
Excellent people
Part of his company's startup focus is that his network tends to be startup heavy. So when it comes time to staff up projects, his people bring deep startup experience. So when you need deep startup experience, GHC can staff it with people with founder experience.
Fitness Tracker
Fitness Tracker is GHC's latest application but heavily leans on the last applications it released. The latest version is built specifically with Tauri in mind, has an all new synethic testing tool based off of a new structured logger utility and provides a full array of data on how Tauri apps perform. The in app support is handled via Formimp and supports uploads of those logs with the ability for users to select what information to redact.
Personal
Greg is a proud father of a 9 year old and shares custody of them with their wonderful mother. He is a cat owner or victim depending on the moment and enjoys running, walking, yoga and strength training. A lifelong New York Yankees fan, Greg can work the New York Yankees into any conversation or biography.
