Cable Hip Flexion

Isolate and strengthen the hip flexors using cable resistance.

Cable Hip Flexion allows for progressive overload of the hip flexors.

Instructions

  1. Attach an ankle strap to a low pulley.
  2. Stand upright holding onto a support.
  3. Lift your knee forward against resistance.
  4. Pause briefly at the top.
  5. Lower with control and repeat.
