Standing Knee Raises

Develop balance and hip strength with controlled standing knee raises.

Standing Knee Raises strengthen the hip flexors while challenging balance and coordination. At FitnessTracker, we suggest using this exercise to improve gait mechanics and lower-body control.

Instructions

  1. Stand tall with feet hip-width apart.
  2. Lift one knee toward hip height.
  3. Keep your torso upright and core engaged.
  4. Pause briefly at the top.
  5. Lower slowly and repeat on the opposite side.
